Client Servicing Executive

About the role

You will be the relationship anchor between Pangolin and its B2B, SaaS, and tech clients, driving trust, clarity, and proactive impact throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate client relationships and onboard new accounts with precision and warmth.
• Deliver proactive service, anticipate needs, close feedback loops, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Translate client goals into actionable briefs to enable creative excellence.
• Identify and act on upsell/cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with senior leadership.
• Own client success metrics such as CSAT, NPS, retention, and project impact.
• Act as a sector and strategic ally, sharing insights, trends, and driving business wins.
• Manage onboarding, change management, and frequent client engagement.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in client service, account management or agency‑side communication, preferably B2B, SaaS or tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a comparable discipline.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, consultative listening and proactive follow‑through.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Empathetic, energetic, organized and comfortable handling tough conversations and fast‑moving priorities.

Required skills

• Mastery of Google Workspace.
• Experience with project‑management tools and CRM platforms.
