About the role

The KYC Officer will analyse customers’ transactional data to understand behaviour patterns and ensure safe, healthy banking transactions. Working from the head office, the role supports the bank’s compliance framework by providing detailed customer insights.

Key responsibilities

Analyse transactional data to identify customer behaviour trends.
Maintain detailed customer profiles to support anti‑money‑laundering and compliance checks.
Collaborate with banking operations to ensure transactions meet regulatory standards.
Prepare reports on customer risk assessments for senior management.

Required profile

Minimum BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in a banking or financial compliance environment.

Required skills

Demonstrated integrity.
Strong communication abilities.
Knowledge of banking operations.
Focus on customer satisfaction.
Teamwork and collaboration.
