About the role

Siket Bank is seeking a diligent KYC Officer to analyze customer transactional data, gain deep insight into client behavior, and ensure safe, healthy banking transactions. The role supports the bank’s commitment to robust risk management and superior customer service.

Key responsibilities

Review and analyse customers’ transactional data to identify patterns and potential risks.
Maintain detailed customer profiles in line with regulatory KYC standards.
Collaborate with banking operations to support compliance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

Minimum BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Mandatory experience in the banking industry.

Required skills

Demonstrated integrity.
Strong communication abilities.
Focus on customer satisfaction.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Knowledge of banking operations.
