Logistics & Administration Internship

About the role

Mercy Corps is seeking a motivated Logistics and Administration Intern to support its Operations Department in Addis Ababa. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in office administration, warehouse management, documentation, inventory control, and asset management while contributing to the efficient delivery of program activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day office administration tasks.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for logistics activities.
• Help track inventory levels and manage asset registers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and compliant logistics support.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a BA degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• One letter of recommendation from a university or higher‑education institution confirming personal integrity and responsibility.
