About the role

The Management Trainee program is designed for recent graduates who wish to start a career in banking. Selected candidates will join Gadaa Bank on a permanent basis and undergo structured training to develop a solid foundation in banking operations.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

MBA/MA/MSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
CGPA minimum 3.00 for female candidates, 3.25 for male candidates.
Grade 8th certificate is mandatory.
Age 35 years or younger (inclusive).
Graduation year 2025 or 2026 only.
No prior work experience required.
