About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Medical Equipment Sales Representative to pioneer our entry into the Ethiopian healthcare market. You will connect growing hospitals and clinics with high‑quality medical devices, working remotely while travelling to client sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow the company’s market presence across Ethiopia.
• Identify and build a pipeline of healthcare facility leads.
• Present the value proposition of our medical equipment to decision‑makers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather market feedback to inform product and strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Ethiopian healthcare market dynamics.
