About the role
We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team in Addis Ababa. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily business activities, ensuring smooth workflow across inventory, customer service, and supply‑chain functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and update records accurately.
- Provide front‑line customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate supply‑chain activities, including procurement, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
- Maintain precise operational records and generate regular reports.
- Identify and solve operational challenges to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Understanding of the Ethiopian market and local business practices.
- Fluency in English and local languages is highly preferred.
