Operator / Executive Assistant

About the role

Luy Systems is looking for a proactive Operator / Executive Assistant to free the founder from routine tasks and keep the business running on a reliable cadence. This fully remote position supports the founder by owning the operational systems that hold the team accountable.

Key responsibilities

• Run the weekly team scorecard review, ensuring every member reports their numbers.
• Own scheduling and coordination of content calendars, task handoffs, and follow‑up cadences.
• Document SOPs for all existing roles to prevent workflow stalls.
• Source and screen candidates for future hires, with the founder conducting final interviews.
• Maintain a simple weekly revenue and delivery dashboard.
• Gatekeep the founder’s calendar, protecting content creation and sales call time.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Notion.
• Fluent in Amharic and English, both written and spoken.
• Process‑driven and comfortable holding people accountable with data.
• Trustworthy with financial and revenue figures.
• Self‑directed, able to keep the cadence running even when the founder is unavailable.
• Prior experience in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or team‑lead roles, preferably in an agency or remote startup.

What we offer

• Base salary of 8,000 ETB per month, paid via Telebirr/CBE Birr.
• Performance‑based bonus tied to delivery of a 9‑item build order.
