About the role
The Power Sales Manager will lead Mantrac Ethiopia’s sales growth across power solutions, representing the Caterpillar dealership in Ethiopia. This senior‑level position is responsible for expanding market presence in key infrastructure, construction, mining, rental and power sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a high‑performing sales team focused on power solutions.
- Develop and nurture strategic customer relationships across Ethiopia.
- Drive market coverage and penetration in infrastructure, construction, mining, rental and power sectors.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts and performance metrics.
- Ensure disciplined sales execution and achievement of revenue targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership within power or heavy‑equipment sectors.
- Strong ability to build and motivate sales teams.
- Demonstrated track record of developing strategic customer relationships.
- Experience managing budgets and sales forecasts.
- Knowledge of Ethiopia’s infrastructure, construction, mining and power markets.
