About the role

Sync Technology Solutions PLC is seeking a motivated Presales & Sales Engineer to support its cybersecurity, software licensing, and IT infrastructure solutions business. The role blends technical expertise with sales activities to help customers find the right IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents.
Support sales activities, lead generation, and customer follow‑ups.
Coordinate with vendors and distributors for technical and commercial information.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support when required.

Required profile

BSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience.
Good communication, technical writing, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong willingness to learn and develop sales and technical skills.

Required skills

Basic knowledge of networking.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
