Principal Capital Deployment & Risk Strategy Expert (Remote)

About the role

Nexudy is seeking a senior expert to shape its capital deployment frameworks and product strategy for institutional clients. This temporary, fully remote position focuses on designing milestone‑based funding structures, building risk assessment models, and translating client needs into product features that ensure compliant execution and audit‑ready evidence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine milestone‑linked funding structures for private credit, project finance, and development finance portfolios.
• Develop risk assessment, monitoring, and compliance models that support evidence verification and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize roadmap items and define technical requirements.
• Advise sales and customer‑success teams on solution design and client onboarding.
• Create standards, playbooks, and best‑practice documentation for various fund types and funded organizations.
• Engage with clients and partners to gather regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements.
• Contribute to internal training materials and strategic initiatives that enhance Nexudy’s value proposition.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in capital deployment structures, private credit, or project finance, especially milestone‑based funding.
• Strong background in risk management, compliance, and audit readiness for institutional capital providers.
• Experience translating complex client use cases into clear product requirements and workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams on digital platforms, data models, and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Successful remote, cross‑functional collaboration in fast‑moving, early‑stage environments.
• Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, public policy, or equivalent experience; exposure to government, NGO, or development finance is a plus.
