Printing Specialist

About the role

OLY Printing & Packaging is looking for an experienced Printing Specialist to manage the full printing workflow, from pre‑press preparation to final production of high‑quality printed materials.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute offset, digital and large‑format printing jobs to produce business cards, brochures, posters and packaging.
• Prepare and verify print‑ready files, coordinate plate‑making and color calibration.
• Monitor quality at each stage to ensure accuracy and color fidelity.
• Operate and maintain offset presses, digital printers and finishing equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues such as misregistration, color discrepancies and equipment malfunctions.
• Manage inventory of paper, ink and other printing supplies.
• Collaborate with designers, production staff and finishing teams to align goals with client expectations.
• Document machine settings, materials used and output specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the printing industry with offset, digital and large‑format printing.
• Strong knowledge of printing techniques, color management and pre‑press software (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proven mechanical aptitude to operate, troubleshoot and maintain printing equipment.
• High attention to detail ensuring consistent quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printing or graphic arts is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
