About the role

The Product Development Expert – Retail & MSME will lead the creation of new banking products tailored for retail and micro‑small‑medium enterprise (MSME) customers. Working within approved principles, processes and standards, the role ensures that product ideas are turned into market‑ready solutions and that implementation is monitored continuously.

Key responsibilities

Develop new retail and MSME banking products in line with strategic objectives.
Conduct customer‑need analysis to identify unique preferences across demographics, geography and industry.
Manage the full product lifecycle—from design and launch to monitoring and retirement.
Ensure proper pricing strategies and product documentation.
Follow up on implementation, tracking performance and making systematic improvements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in product development, preferably within the banking sector.
