Product Manager & Business Lead

About the role

The Product Manager / Business Lead will drive the design, development, commercialization, and scaling of Demokrat, a new platform that connects brands, creators, commerce, and community. This zero‑to‑one role turns vision into a market‑ready product and revenue stream.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, translating vision into MVP milestones, feature releases, and UX direction.
• Design scalable revenue models, pricing strategies, and financial projections; prepare investor‑ready documentation.
• Analyze digital behavior trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube and social commerce to identify market gaps in Ethiopia and broader African markets.
• Lead MVP launch, pilot testing, go‑to‑market strategy, and track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, creator retention, and brand adoption.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in product management, startups, SaaS, digital platforms, or growth roles.
• Proven ability to execute in ambiguous, early‑stage environments with strong analytical, data‑driven decision making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability.

Required skills
