About the role

Hosea Real Estate is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join its professional team and drive sales for a flagship residential apartment project in the Bole area of Addis Ababa. This position offers the chance to work on a high‑visibility development and build a client base in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture high‑potential sales leads through networking and market outreach.
• Present project features and conduct professional property/site demonstrations.
• Advise clients and investors to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 months proven experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship abilities.
