About the role

Hill Bottom Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its growing team. You will be responsible for promoting luxurious apartment projects, guiding prospective buyers through the sales process, and contributing to the company’s reputation for high‑quality homes and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage potential clients through calls, referrals, and on‑site visits.
• Present apartment offerings clearly and confidently, highlighting features and benefits.
• Lead property tours, answer client inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales and meet performance targets.
• Report sales metrics and activity regularly to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales, or real estate is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse clients.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with email.
• Competence in using spreadsheets.
• Experience with CRM or lead‑tracking tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional activities (bonus).
