Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Addis Ababa. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships and promote the company’s technology and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals and follow up on leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report on performance.
• Support marketing campaigns and coordinate promotional activities.
• Gather market insights and collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong sales and sales‑management abilities to generate leads, close deals and manage client accounts.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for client interaction.
• Training capability to guide team members or clients on products and services.
• Knowledge of digital‑marketing concepts and basic IT services.
• Relevant B2B sales experience in technology or digital‑marketing services.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Addis Ababa, multitask and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software.
• Basic experience with CRM tools.
