Sales Manager – Education Consultancy

About the role

Maraki Consultancy is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales team within the education consultancy sector. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing leads, and ensuring high‑quality service for students and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
• Set, monitor and report on sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Improve lead follow‑up and conversion processes.
• Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
• Support the team with high‑value or complex client cases.
• Participate in client consultations when needed.
• Provide accurate information to students and parents.
• Train and coach sales representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Current or previous experience in the education consultancy sector.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of student recruitment and consultancy sales.
• Experience with sales targets, KPIs and conversion metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales tracking tools.
• Google Workspace.
• Microsoft Office.
