Sales & Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

AYAT Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to promote its residential property portfolio in Addis Ababa. This full‑time, hybrid position blends on‑site client interaction with remote planning and reporting, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Present properties to clients through site visits, virtual tours, and tailored presentations.
• Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to closure.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet targets and improve customer experience.
• Report market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven sales and sales‑management abilities, including lead generation and deal closing.
• Experience training or onboarding new sales team members.
• Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real‑estate market and property features.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field; real‑estate experience is a plus.

Required skills
