About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote Addissystems PLC’s innovative technology solutions throughout Ethiopia. You will be the front‑line contact for prospective clients, introducing them to our cutting‑edge products and helping them understand the value they bring to their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers across various sectors.
• Present and demonstrate Addissystems’ tech solutions, tailoring the pitch to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve strategies.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with a strong passion for sales and results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently.
• Previous B2B sales experience is a plus.
