Salesperson – B2B Technology Solutions

About the role

Droongo System Solutions is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to drive B2B sales of its integrated technology platform in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating the solution to decision‑makers, and closing agreements that align with company growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients across the Ethiopian market.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Droongo’s technology solutions to business decision‑makers.
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate agreements in line with company guidelines and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide ongoing client support.
• Gather market feedback to help refine offerings and contribute to sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong consultative sales and business development experience, preferably in software, ERP or technology solutions.
• Ability to understand and clearly explain technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and active‑listening skills.
• Organizational and analytical abilities, including pipeline management and data‑driven decision-making.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site, travel locally as needed, and uphold ethical, inclusive, customer‑focused practices.
