About the role

Berhan Insurance S.C is seeking a Senior Auditor to join its head office team. The role focuses on auditing core insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute and report on audits of insurance business processes.
Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with business units to improve risk management practices.
Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Required profile

BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in audit services, preferably within core insurance operations.
