About the role

The Senior Customer Service Specialist supports cash operations within the branch, stepping in for the Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator when needed. This role ensures smooth handling of bulk cash transactions and maintains accurate cash balances.

Key responsibilities

Assume duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator during absences or delegations.
Assist Customer Service Specialists with counting and processing bulk cash deposits and withdrawals.
Initiate cash transfers to and from the cash vault.
Receive and deliver physical cash to the Cash Administrator.
Collect and disburse cash, posting corresponding debit and credit entries.
Reconcile physical cash balances with the Cash Administrator.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1.5 years of banking operations experience, including at least 6 months in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) role.
