About the role
The Senior HC Administration Officer will lead human‑capital administration activities within the bank’s Head Office. This position ensures smooth HR processes, supports payroll preparation, and guarantees compliance with banking sector standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR administration tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and related reporting.
- Coordinate with banking units to ensure HR activities align with sector regulations.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in an Officer II‑equivalent role.
- All experience must be gained within the banking sector and directly related to the position.
