Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities for our operations in Ethiopia. The role is pivotal in aligning people strategies with business goals, fostering a high‑performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities and drive organizational development.
• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, sourcing, onboarding, and workforce planning for professional, technical, and operational roles.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, and maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Coordinate expatriate immigration processes, including work permits and visas, and liaise with government authorities.
• Lead performance management, annual reviews, development planning, and talent development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor regulations and HR best practices.
