Senior Media Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to lead paid acquisition on Meta platforms for both internal brands and agency clients. The role is hands‑on, covering the full customer acquisition journey from campaign setup to conversion optimisation and revenue attribution.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Set up and manage Business Managers, ad accounts, Meta Pixels, Conversions API, custom audiences and tracking systems.
• Create and optimise high‑converting landing pages and funnels within GoHighLevel.
• Configure automation workflows, pipelines, forms, lead routing and CRM integrations.
• Monitor daily performance metrics such as budget pacing, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing on audiences, creatives, hooks, messaging and offers.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and present actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client kickoff calls, optimisation reviews and strategic growth discussions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to provide performance‑driven creative direction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on media‑buying experience, primarily on Meta platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining strong performance and communication standards.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
