About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team and lead Odoo Enterprise ERP implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering & GAP analysis
- Configure Odoo Enterprise modules
- Work with clients and development teams
- Prepare BRD, FRD & functional documentation
- Support UAT, data migration & go-live
- Deliver user training and post-implementation support
Required profile
- Strong Odoo Enterprise experience
- Excellent business process & ERP knowledge
- Strong client communication skills
- Experience with Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR/Payroll or MRP
- Ability to work independently and with technical teams
