About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for new fit‑out and finishing projects in Ethiopia. The role involves creating and managing project schedules, resources, and progress monitoring for large‑scale residential, commercial, hotel, and luxury villa projects.

Key responsibilities

Prepare baseline programs, allocate resources, and develop recovery plans.
Monitor progress, control costs, forecast budgets, and track materials using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

10–15 years of planning and scheduling experience on large‑scale fit‑out and finishing projects, preferably in GCC or international markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Immediate availability preferred, with a notice period of 20–30 days.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
