Senior Program Manager

About the role

PxD is looking for a strategic, impact‑oriented Senior Program Manager to lead high‑value, cross‑functional initiatives for its flagship digital agriculture program in Ethiopia. The role works closely with government ministries, agencies, and partners to design, deliver, and scale inclusive agricultural services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end program management from design through delivery and impact measurement, ensuring alignment with PxD’s mission.
• Translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and bridge technical and non‑technical teams.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with government agencies, donors, and local partners.
• Navigate complex political and institutional contexts to achieve alignment and collaboration.
• Lead digital agriculture initiatives, including project design, oversight of multidisciplinary teams, and partnership management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, stakeholder management, and implementation in complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior government officials and public‑sector partners.
• Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in agriculture or related sectors.
