Senior Programme Manager – Executive Education (Freelance)

About the role

Help us deliver experiences that shape leaders and transform organisations. As a Senior Programme Manager for Executive Education you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact learning programmes, coordinating clients, faculty, participants, vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor executive education programmes from inception through completion.
• Coordinate in‑person, online and hybrid delivery formats, ensuring seamless integration of all logistical elements.
• Manage multiple moving parts while maintaining focus on client expectations and commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Highly organised with proven experience in programme or project management within executive education, corporate learning or consulting.
• Comfortable working with senior executives and able to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure, solution‑oriented and commercially aware.
• Detail‑driven yet able to keep sight of the broader strategic objectives.
