About the role

Gem Properties is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join its growing real‑estate tech platform. You will turn qualified leads into property buyers for developers in Ethiopia and the diaspora.

Key responsibilities

Convert high‑intent leads generated by marketing campaigns into property purchases.
Guide clients through the entire purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local and diaspora customers.
Negotiate transactions and close sales on houses or apartments.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in real estate.
At least one successfully closed house or apartment sale.
Fluent in Amharic with strong English communication skills.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.
