Senior Sales & Partnership Development Executive

About the role

Bright Techno Tonic PLC is seeking a motivated senior sales professional to drive partnership agreements with private schools across Addis Ababa. This field‑based position involves meeting school owners and principals, presenting the company’s education platforms, and closing partnership deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, schedule visits and present BTT’s partnership program to private schools.
• Build and nurture relationships with school decision‑makers.
• Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance.
• Maintain and grow existing partner relationships.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and partnership reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in Amharic and English.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings and self‑managed schedules.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
