Senior Sales Representative (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our real‑estate sales team at Addis Finder Trading PLC. The role involves generating leads, presenting residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties, and closing sales while delivering excellent client service. The position is full‑time and based at our Kazanchis/Ayat branch office in Addis Ababa.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking and marketing campaigns.
• Promote and sell residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings and site visits.
• Negotiate sales terms and support deal closure.
• Record leads, follow‑ups and sales activities in the system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven and customer‑focused mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to work in the field.
