About the role

Under the leadership of the Regional Director, the Senior TB Specialist will lead, execute and oversee the implementation of the USAID Urban TB LON II – SWIF TB Initiative in Ethiopia. REACH Ethiopia, a nonprofit organization based in Hawassa, implements community‑based TB care across several regions. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centered care, identifying missed TB cases and breaking chains of transmission to reduce TB prevalence and mortality in the TB triangle area.

Key responsibilities

Lead, execute and oversee the implementation and delivery of all program activities of the USAID Urban TB LON II initiative.
Ensure achievement of project goals within the assigned implementation areas.
Support coordination for planning, implementation and service delivery, and provide oversight to all project activities.
