About the role

OLY Technologies is looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to lead its online presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan, implement, and monitor social media campaigns to achieve high ROI.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, delivering regular reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other departments for cohesive messaging.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in a fast‑paced environment or agency.
• Strong writing, editing, and basic graphic design skills.
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail combined with a creative mindset.
• Effective time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
