Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International seeks a qualified Non‑Key Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support knowledge management and editorial production for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership programme.
• Develop communication and visibility materials, including digital knowledge platforms and policy/technical content dissemination.
• Enhance visibility of the partnership through communication strategies and outreach activities.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content, with at least one year producing donor‑funded or institutional knowledge/communication products.
• Experience in the space sector or science, technology and innovation (STI) is considered an asset.

Required skills

• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese (asset).
• Experience with policy and technical content, case studies, digital knowledge platforms, and EU‑compliant visibility material.
• Knowledge of donor‑funded programme requirements and EU visibility guidelines.
