About the role

We are seeking a motivated and target‑driven Special Sales Consultant to join our growing real‑estate team. In this role you will be responsible for generating and converting property sales leads while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

Generate and convert property sales leads.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Build strong client relationships and manage follow‑ups.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

Sales experience; real‑estate experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
Results‑driven, proactive, and customer‑focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
