Storage Engineer

About the role

The Storage Engineer will join Nobicom Technology Integration’s ICT team in Addis Ababa, overseeing the company’s enterprise storage infrastructure. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on ensuring data availability, reliability and performance across all storage platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise storage systems, including SAN, NAS and cloud‑based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage‑related incidents and performance issues.
• Design, implement and optimise robust storage architectures to meet business requirements.
• Manage data backup processes and verify successful recovery.
• Configure and monitor data replication to protect critical information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support storage needs for applications and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Valid HCIA‑Storage certification.
• Proven experience with enterprise storage hardware and software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
