About the role

RedFox Electromechanical Engineering is seeking a forward‑thinking leader to head its Strategic Business Development Division. The role focuses on driving growth, expanding market presence, and building high‑value partnerships across the engineering and electromechanical sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead market expansion and growth strategies for target sectors.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify high‑value business opportunities.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and support accurate business forecasting.
• Facilitate Go/No‑Go decision‑making for prospective projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic planning activities.
• Mentor and inspire the business development team to achieve outstanding results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in strategic business development or strategic planning.
• At least 3 years in leadership, project development, proposal management, or engineering coordination.
• Experience in engineering, construction, electromechanical, or technology sectors is highly preferred.
