Talent Acquisition Specialist – 2 Positions

About the role

We are seeking two proactive Talent Acquisition Specialists to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our clients. You will source, screen, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct structured interviews and assess fit against job requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Support career fairs, networking events and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce reports for management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in HR consulting or corporate HR.
• Strong knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using recruitment/ATS tools.
• Ability to source candidates on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
