About the role

The Team Leader – Fleet will supervise and coordinate daily fleet maintenance activities for East Africa Bottling Share Company. The role ensures that fleet assets are kept safe, reliable and cost‑effective through robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs, strict adherence to standards and efficient use of resources.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance operations for the company’s vehicle fleet.
Plan, schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
Ensure compliance with all maintenance standards and safety regulations.
Monitor resource utilisation and optimise maintenance costs.
Report fleet performance and maintenance status to the Fleet Manager.
Coordinate with technicians and external service providers to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

Proven experience leading or supervising fleet maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
Ability to enforce maintenance standards and safety procedures.
Excellent organisational and resource‑management skills.
