Operations & Field Support Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Operations & Field Support Coordinator to keep our Addis Ababa office running smoothly and support restaurant installations across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Open and organise the office each day, coordinating cleaning, supplies and general needs.
• Manage deliveries, couriers and logistics, and prepare equipment for restaurant installations.
• Visit restaurants, coordinate with staff, handle basic on‑site issues and escalate technical matters.
• Maintain equipment and inventory records, schedule site visits and follow‑ups.
• Keep the team informed about operational issues and priorities.

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of Addis Ababa and comfortable travelling around the city.
• Energetic, practical, highly reliable with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Good communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Organised and able to use a smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Maps and basic office software.
• Previous experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, customer service or administration is helpful.

What we offer

• Salary between ETB 15,000 and 20,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Transport and necessary field expenses covered.
