About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our team on a project‑based contract. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues.
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and hardware problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure continuous operation.
  • Document issues and solutions for future reference.

Required profile

  • BSc in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting procedures.
