Training Specialist

About the role

AndyTec is looking for a motivated Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver high‑impact training programs for employees, customers and partners. The role focuses on technical subjects such as automation, control systems and process optimisation, ensuring learners acquire practical skills quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training programmes on automation, control systems and related technical topics.
• Create training materials – manuals, guides, e‑learning modules and presentations – tailored to diverse audiences.
• Maintain and update content regularly to keep it accurate and relevant.
• Deliver instructor‑led sessions and virtual workshops, adapting delivery style to audience needs.
• Manage learning management system (LMS) content and track learner progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, instructional design or a similar role, preferably in technical environments.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training for varied audiences.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design principles and training methodologies.
