Transformation Project Manager & Executive Advisor to the CEO

About the role

Eco green Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing P.L.C. seeks a practical, results‑driven Transformation Project Manager & Executive Advisor to the CEO. You will turn strategic priorities into disciplined execution, coordinate cross‑functional improvement projects, and develop grant and partnership opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into detailed project plans with clear deliverables, owners, milestones, budgets and deadlines.
• Maintain a single transformation tracker, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and provide concise weekly status reports to the executive sponsor.
• Drive ERP adoption, map priority processes, redesign workflows and ensure sustained use of digital tools.
• Translate company priorities into departmental KPIs, run performance reviews and ensure corrective actions have owners and due dates.
• Identify and develop grant, donor and partnership opportunities, prepare proposals, budgets and monitoring frameworks, and manage funded projects through close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, International Development or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, organizational performance or process improvement.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects and deliver measurable results.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation or digital workflow adoption.
• Demonstrated experience in grant writing, proposal development and monitoring & evaluation.
