Treasury Officer – Banking Operations

About the role

The Treasury Officer will support Enat Bank’s treasury function by processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify treasury transaction documents and supporting evidence before processing.
• Process treasury bills, government bonds, and other treasury investment transactions in line with approved procedures.
• Perform or monitor daily reconciliation of treasury accounts, ESX settlement, and treasury investments.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding items and reconciliation differences promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of treasury bills, investments, and related transactions.
• Prepare maturity schedules, renewal or redemption recommendations for treasury investments.
• Analyse price trends, interest‑rate developments, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare allocation and impact reporting for thematic bond issuances.
• Produce daily liquidity position reports and other required reports.
• Ensure availability of sufficient funds to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with commercial banks, NBE, ESX, and other stakeholders on treasury matters.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of treasury transactions and provide explanations to users.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• BA/MBA/MA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience in treasury or related banking functions.
