About the role
We are seeking an Underwriting Supervisor for our Life Insurance division. The position is based at the company’s Head Office and offers a permanent contract with a highly competitive salary package.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the life‑insurance underwriting team to ensure timely and accurate risk assessment.
- Monitor underwriting guidelines and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to support the development of insurance products.
Required profile
- Minimum of 7 years of active experience as an underwriter.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
