About the role

The Video Editor will join KBM Digital Marketing Consultancy in Addis Ababa on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will transform raw footage into high‑retention videos that support the agency’s conversion‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and trim raw clips to create engaging video narratives.
• Apply color grading to ensure consistent, professional visual styles.
• Integrate motion graphics and visual effects that enhance storytelling and conversion messaging.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to maintain brand consistency across all assets.
• Optimize video content for multiple social‑media and digital platforms, respecting aspect ratios and format requirements.
• Maintain organized project files and meet tight deadlines across simultaneous client projects.
• Contribute creative ideas, stay current with video trends, and ensure all deliverables meet technical and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in video production and editing, turning raw footage into polished, high‑impact content.
• Proficiency in video color grading and the creation of motion graphics.
• Solid understanding of social‑media and digital‑marketing video specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication and openness to feedback.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing prior video work is required.
