About the role

TalentPop is seeking a results‑driven Virtual Revenue Closing Expert to finalize sales transactions for high‑profile e‑commerce clients. Working entirely remotely, you will focus on converting abandoned carts and inbound inquiries into completed purchases using digital communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute abandoned‑cart recovery campaigns through personalized SMS, chat, and email sequences.
• Transform customer support interactions into sales opportunities by recommending products and upselling.
• Deploy targeted outreach messages that guide prospects toward immediate purchase.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to share insights and continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in remote sales and closing.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and convert leads via digital chat, SMS, or email.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and CRM systems.
• Reliable PC or laptop (i5+ processor) and high‑speed internet (25 Mbps+).
