About the role
The Administrative Coordinator provides broad operational and administrative support for the Finance Office and general functions of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law. This full‑time position works in a hybrid setting with a minimum of four on‑campus days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Co‑Op Program, coordinating student externships and travel arrangements.
- Process procurement transactions via SAP Ariba and manage Purchasing Card (P‑Card) reconciliations.
- Prepare online reconciliations, monthly allocation reports, and faculty out‑of‑pocket reimbursements.
- Manage the Professional Development Fund, reviewing travel and non‑travel requests and providing quarterly updates.
- Facilitate hiring of student workers, approve timesheets, and maintain appointment calendars.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable for assigned cost centers and support fiscal year‑end closeout activities.
Required profile
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of relevant administrative or financial support experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
